What are the forms of payment accepted
We accept the following payments: AMEX, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, SOP, Union Pay, Visa.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once the order has been placed, if you wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours via the contact form with your order number. Once this deadline has passed, the order will no longer be modifiable.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery times vary depending on items in stock. A maximum lead time of 2 weeks is applied for products where stock is limited. Delivery costs are calculated based on the country of delivery. For more information on this, please add items to your cart and calculate shipping costs there.
Can I track my order online?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a notification when it has been processed, along with your tracking number from the delivery manager.
